Bending Sunlight Glassworks is a stained glass studio in Southern Minnesota specializing in suncatchers and large custom panels. The art is created by Sandra Sargent, who has been working with stained glass since the early 1990's. Sandra has been using the Bending Sunlight name for 6 years and has worked directly with many private and commercial clients, as well as regularly attending and participating in local galleries and art fairs.
Sandra learned how to work with stained glass in high school, where she immediately fell in love with the art form. She has made window panels as large as 3ft x 3ft (below) and pieces as small as a few inches. In addition, she has taught clients how to work with the medium before, and is teaching classes through the Paradise Center of the Arts in Faribault, Minnesota. Her art is on display and for sale in the Fleur de Lis gallery in Faribault, Minnesota.
